Camp Bitobig

Camp Bitobig provides recreational and educational hands-on activities to help children develop, through personal observations and experience while having FUN, an appreciation of their natural environment.

Camp Bitobig runs for eight weeks in the Summer during July and August.

Camp Bitobig Activities

Theme A - Survivor - Lake Laurentian:

  • Camper favourites such as swimming, canoeing, pond study, fishing, Survival Game, and archery as well as orienteering, hikes, games, and crafts relating to wilderness survival skills.

Theme B - ImagiNature - A Summertime Dose of Vitamin N:

  • Camper favourites such as swimming, canoeing, pond study, fishing, Survival Game, and archery as well as hikes, games, and Art in Nature activities designed to give campers their daily dose of “Vitamin N” (Nature).

Theme C - Branching Out - The Secret Life of Trees:

  • Camper favourites such as swimming, canoeing, pond study, fishing, Survival Game, and archery as well as nature related games, crafts, hikes, and activities giving campers a glimpse into the secret life of trees.
