SUDBURY – Please join us at 11 AM this Sunday September 24 as two new patrons of the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area are announced at the Nature Chalet, 2309 South Bay Road, Sudbury.

What is a Patron of the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area? An individual who supports the Conservation Area through academics, passion and enthusiasm for nature and the outdoors, is highly involved in the conservation area and is well known in the community.

Union Gas contributes to Lake Laurentian Conservation Area, Volunteer Honoured

SUDBURY – Union Gas continued its commitment to improving the trail system at the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area (LLCA) through a $3,000 grant presented to the Friends of Lake Laurentian earlier today.

Marc Tonelli, Union Gas utility services manager for Sudbury made the presentation this afternoon. Sheilah Arena, a long-time volunteer and member of the Friends of Lake Laurentian (FLL) accepted the cheque (below).
