Work on upgrading a 12-kilometre trail in the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area is almost finished, thanks in part to a $2,500 donation from Union Gas to the Nickel District Conservation Authority.
"This trail is the longest and, to some degree, most challenging trail in the conservation area," said Paul Sajatovic, general manager of the Nickel District Conservation Authority "It goes all the way around the lake. It has some excellent viewpoints where you can see different features. And it provides opportunities to see a variety of wetlands." READ MORE...
